Director of Finance and Business Support

We're looking for a Director of Finance and Business Support to manage the financial operations and assets of our hotel, and to maximize financial returns through financial analysis and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, 4-8 years of experience in hotel accounting or auditing, and a professional accounting or finance designation or certification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Accounting and Finance
• 4-8 years’ experience in hotel accounting or auditing with at least one year in an Assistant Controller or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
• Knowledge of accounting management duties e.g., negotiating hotel space and tenant leases, performing asset management duties, providing business projections, displacement analysis, preparing government reports, filing tax returns, etc.
• Professional accounting or finance designation or certification
• Must speak local language(s)
• Other languages beneficial
