The Director of Sales - Pre-opening Regent Kuala Lumpur is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, identifying and growing key market segments, and driving total hotel revenue performance. The role involves establishing and maintaining strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, corporate accounts, and entertainment partners, as well as representing the hotel at trade shows and networking events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 10–15 years of progressive sales experience within luxury hotels or resorts
• Minimum 3–5 years in a senior sales leadership role
• International luxury hospitality exposure preferred
