Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of culinary leadership experience
- At least 3 years at Executive Chef in a high-volume, fully-service luxury hotels
- Strong expertise in banqueting and event catering is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree or certificate in culinary arts or hospitality management
- A holder of local Hygiene Manager Certificate and/or Food Safety and Hygiene certification
- A creative spirit with a deep passion for diverse cooking methods, ingredients, culinary trends, balanced with operational discipline
- Exceptional leadership skills – able to inspire, train and grow a high-performing team
- Good time management skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, adaptable in a dynamic hospitality environment
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, inventory management and/or procurement software experience and timekeeping software
- Excellent command of English, both speaking and writing; speak Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) would be an advantage
