Job Description
IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a General Manager for the InterContinental Kota Kinabalu Resort, a luxury beachfront destination in Sabah, Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the resort's operations and driving revenue growth.
Requirements
- Prior General Manager experience in a luxury or upper upscale resort environment
- Strong Food & Beverage leadership background, including banquet and event-driven operations
- Experience leading properties of significant scale (400+ keys preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to drive leisure, wedding and MICE revenue performance
- Strong financial acumen and asset management discipline
- Experience managing relationships with sophisticated ownership groups
