- Monthly inventory
- Follow pricing guidelines
- Thorough knowledge of facilities and services offered by the property
- Support updating guest history profile
- Deliver crafted experience for all guests and foster a desirable place to work for hosts
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
- Ensure clear and effective interaction and communications between departments
- Ensure ethical and honest activities within the department
- Supervise and review storage
- Provide guidance and control portions and presentations of orders
- Revised and control department's operational budget
- Minimize payroll costs by maximizing productivity and efficient scheduling of hosts
- Prepare and submit legally required and confidential documentation
- Attend or conduct designated meetings and briefings
- Perform additional duties given by manager
- Management and development of hosts within the department
- Identify high potential talent for development in the department
