Manage the global strategy, development, and implementation of the ongoing product roadmap for a product category. Lead the development and implementation of a future-oriented product strategy and roadmap, grounded in an understanding of IHG’s business operations, customer insights, market dynamics, competition, and distribution capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Hotel Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Strong experience leading roadmap development in the hospitality or travel industry
- Minimum 2 years leading end-to-end product lifecycles from ideation through development, launch, and post-launch performance evaluation
- Hands-on experience with global distribution systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport), online travel agencies (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com)
- Experience using API design and testing tools (e.g., Swagger, Postman)
- Proficiency in interpreting and reviewing XML and JSON message formats
- Experience collaborating across both internal and external stakeholder groups
