The AI Governance Manager runs the day-to-day execution of IHG's enterprise AI governance program, operationalizing and leading AI intake and risk reviews, preparing use cases for Responsible AI Steering Committee review, and tracking decisions and follow-through to ensure responsible AI adoption across the enterprise.
Requirements
- 5+ years in governance, risk, compliance, security, privacy, data governance, or technology risk roles
- Demonstrated experience documenting and operationalizing enterprise processes
- Strong writing and editing skills with a track record producing clear guidance for non-technical audiences
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and driving decisions through governance forums
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and AI lifecycle
- Strong program management skills
- Experience with AI governance / model risk management / Responsible AI programs
- Exposure to governance frameworks and/or AI-related regulatory requirements
- Experience building training content with HR/L&D and deploying via LMS
- Tooling experience
- Preferred Hospitality/consumer, highly regulated, or global enterprise experience
