Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 2โ5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or hotel operations
- Experience in hospitality, retail, manufacturing, or service environments is an advantage
- Exposure to purchasing systems, ERP, or procurement platforms is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation and data handling
- Good analytical skills for quotation comparison, cost tracking, and reporting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills in English and Japanese (business level preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to improve processes and learn continuously
- High integrity and strong compliance awareness
