Job Description
We are seeking a Room Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Werribee. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our rooms and hotel public spaces meet the cleanliness standards of IHG's Clean Promise.
Requirements
- Ensure every room meets the cleanliness standards of IHG's Clean Promise
- Help guests with queries and provide excellent customer service
- Keep your supervisor updated on room servicing progress and alert them on any maintenance repairs needed
- Be safety aware and follow established safety procedures
- Be organised and keep on top of supplies and amenities
- Reunite items with owners and report/log any lost and found property
- Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments
- Regularly assist with deep cleaning projects and other ad hoc tasks
