Senior Engineer IT Infrastructure Engineering

Design, build, and maintain highly available and scalable distributed systems. Develop CI/CD pipelines and automate repetitive work. Serve as the technical lead for hybrid infrastructure and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure engineering
• Deep expertise in multiple domains: Operating Systems, Enterprise storage, Backup, Virtualization, hyper-converged systems, networking and cloud platforms
• Strong proficiency in Networking fundamentals
• Experience in Security practices, implementing configuration management tools, and design and build experience in orchestration
• Expertise in building and maintaining code-driven infrastructure using Terraform and scripting languages
• Proven ability to lead infrastructure projects from design through deployment
• Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
• Experience building and managing physical infrastructure in on-prem or hybrid environments
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent skills in communication, documentation, and mentoring others
