Job Description
Join IHI Power Services Corporation as an Operation and Maintenance Manager to lead the safe, reliable, compliant, and cost-effective operation of a simple cycle power plant. Champion a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with regulations, and optimize plant performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in power plant operations and maintenance required.
- Proven managerial or supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of gas turbine technologies is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Budgeting and financial acumen.
- Knowledge of T3000 DCS.
- Familiarity with emissions control systems and CEMS
- Detailed knowledge of all aspects of power plant safety.
- Proficiency in CMMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
