Requirements
- Engineering degree and related fields
- Prior experience in site acquisition or real estate prospecting
- Knowledge of Google Earth tool
- Microsoft Office package
- Knowledge of licensing, regularization and contractual negotiation processes
- Communication, negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills
- Organization, priority management and field action capacity
- Results-oriented and business vision
