Job Description
Responsible for DR8 Gen1.5, supporting die attach process, and maintaining equipment. Assist in achieving assembly target, maintain and qualify equipment, and provide technical support. Execute small improvement projects to improve process performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma in Science/ Engineering
- Experience in high mix and high volume manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of process problem solving analysis
- Good computer literacy and knowledgeable in SAS JMP, Minitab and SPC knowledge
