Equipment Engineer – Wet Engineer

The Equipment Engineer – Wet Engineer will own and maintain wet process equipment, collaborate with teams to ensure safe operating measures, and identify and implement process and equipment improvements. The role requires 5+ years of experience working on wet process or related semiconductor equipment and a bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. The Engineer will work primarily in a Class 100/1000 cleanroom environment, wear full cleanroom attire, and comply with all safety and contamination control protocols.

Requirements

• Own and maintain wet process equipment
• Collaborate with teams to ensure safe operating measures
• Identify and implement process and equipment improvements
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs
• Lead and mentor technicians on complex tool troubleshooting
• Support capital projects and work closely with facilities and construction teams
• Identify, procure, and maintain critical spares lists
• Build and maintain vendor relationships
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Provide timely communication to management
• Participate in root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
