Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager role is to oversee the maintenance, operation, and improvement of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and aligned with organisational needs.

Requirements

• Supervise, direct, coordinate and plan essential central services
• Strategise and oversee facility upgrades, repairs, and renovation projects
• Design and develop organisational policies relevant to the facilities department
• Manage and lead change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities
• Ensure the building adheres to health and safety standards and complies with all relevant legislation
