Requirements

- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in manufacturing or production environment
- Strong and steady hand control for precision manual work
- Ability to maintain consistent quality output under repetitive tasks
- High level of focus and concentration for extended periods of detailed work
- Good problem recognition skills to identify process inconsistencies or quality risks
