Industrial Engineer

Industrial Engineer responsible for creating and maintaining factory capacity models, analyzing data, and leading cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures. Collaborates with operations and engineering organization to drive improvement projects and support departmental goals.

Requirements

• BS Degree or Equivalent combined experience and education
• 3+ years minimum related experience
• Proven experience with high volume fabrication processes, process SOP's, control plans and statistical process control
• Proven experience developing and maintaining factory capacity models
• Proven cross-functional project leadership success
• Problem solving/RCA
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methods
• Project management
• Strong written communication (proposals, analysis, reports) and verbal communication skills (listening, making presentations)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and Microsoft Project (or similar software)
