Job Description
The MOL Process Engineer will establish process capability and capacity/productivity model, define and characterize designated process, and improve critical process capability. The role will also apply lean manufacturing principles, conduct gage repeatability & reliability studies, and generate reaction plans for OOC situations.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master of Science/Engineering preferably majoring in Electronics, Photonics, Mechanical or Mechatronics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related industry and in mass production environment.
- Good computer literacy especially in SPC related applications.
- Must exhibit a strong sense of data analytical skills with hands on working attitude.
