Network Engineer

Network Engineer responsible for configuring, managing, and maintaining robust network infrastructures to deliver secure, high-availability network services. Assist with networking initiatives, technologies, and compatibility between sites. Manage and implement planned changes in pre-scheduled maintenance windows off hours. Deliver end-user support to a regional user base on a timely basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field.
• 4-6 years of experience in Enterprise Network planning, design, and management for a global company.
• L1 & L2 Network Operational Support.
• Excellent knowledge on Switching, Routing & Firewall concepts.
• Strong hands-on experience in handling, troubleshooting network and security related issues.
• Excellent customer service skills including telephone techniques, listening skills, sense of urgency and enthusiasm.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with end-users, IT professionals and management.
• Demonstrated skills in network project planning and management, documentation, problem-solving and work prioritization.
• Strong vendor management experience desired.
• Must be both team-oriented and self-motivated.
