Job Description
The Process Engineering Manager will oversee the Middle of Line/OSA assembly, ensuring process yield and UPH targets are met. Responsibilities include managing product ramp up, new product transfer, conducting DFM and FMEA, and handling engineers and technicians.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical) or its equivalents
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience in electronics/semicon manufacturing
- Experience in optical alignment/optical sub assembly is highly preferred
- Leadership capabilities to manage a team of > 15 Engineers and >15 technicians
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
- Expert in SPC, DOE, FMEA, DFM
