Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to own and enhance end-to-end factory capacity models, lead development of dashboards and KPIs, and partner with engineering and operations teams to evaluate process changes and propose layout or workflow optimizations.
Requirements
- Own and enhance end-to-end factory capacity models
- Conduct detailed bottleneck analysis and scenario modeling
- Translate model outputs into clear recommendations
- Lead development of dashboards, KPIs, and analytical frameworks
- Use statistical methods and predictive analytics
- Champion automation of data collection and analytics workflows
- Lead factory-wide continuous improvement projects
- Partner with engineering and operations teams
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and industrial engineering principles
- Serve as the program lead for high-impact yield and capacity improvement initiatives
- Develop program charters, timelines, milestones, and cross-functional communication plans
