Job Description
The Senior Planner will be responsible for managing production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements, working closely with various teams to drive continual improvement and initiatives. The role requires a degree in Business, supply chain, or related discipline, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Supply & Demand Planning and Order Fulfillment in Manufacturing Environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, supply chain, or related discipline.
- Min 3-5 years of work experience in Supply & Demand Planning and Order Fulfillment in Manufacturing Environment.
- Experience in high mix low volume production is an added advantage.
- Proficiency with MRP systems, specific experience with Oracle preferred.
- Proficiency in Lean manufacturing and outside processing (OSP), pull systems & Kanban management is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and with customer focus
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is highly advantageous.
