We are looking for a Team Lead Electrical Engineering & Software to lead a dedicated interdisciplinary team in Hamburg, Germany. The role involves technical and disciplinary leadership, development and improvement of electrical subsystems, and collaboration within the Coherent Group.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering (electronics / electrical engineering, high-frequency engineering) or comparable studies
- Experience in developing electrical systems – ideally in the field of high-power laser systems or special-purpose machinery
- Leadership experience in technical teams
- Solid knowledge of relevant standards and safety regulations
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) and good command of English for international collaboration
