Job Description
Responsible for overall equipment uptime in Front of Line machines & fixtures, working closely with in-house teams to improve yield and performance. Must exhibit strong analytical skills and adapt to rapid changes in the business.
Requirements
- Diploma of Engineering (preferably Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical)
- Experience in die attached machines and wire-bonders (an added advantage)
- Good computer literacy and basic SPC knowledge
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on working attitude
- Ability to work independently and solve basic technical issues
