Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Maintenance Technician to manage and execute high-precision assembly tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in epoxy bonding processes and optical alignment machines.
Requirements
- Monitor, maintain and qualify equipment, tools/ fixtures for production used
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste in the production process
- Perform periodic verification and calibration on equipment/ tools/ fixtures
- Seeking a detail-oriented candidate with proven experience in epoxy bonding processes
- Experience with optical alignment machines is a significant advantage
- Observational skills to notice discrepancies and troubleshoot at an appropriate level
- Communication skill to communicate and interface well with peers
- Derive Continual Improvement and use of resources
- Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior
