As a Test Maintenance Technician, you will assist the product engineer in achieving yield targets, debug accuracy, and lean projects evaluation. You will conduct daily verification and path loss calibration, participate in software and hardware installation, and ensure all test stations are functional.
Requirements
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Optoelectronics or Telecommunications)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in optical device testing/repair related industry and in mass production environment
- Knowledgeable in operating and maintaining different test instruments including spectrum analyzer, optical power meter and oscilloscopes
- Willingness to work on shift rotations, weekends, or on-call maintenance schedules when needed
- Ability to perform and configure communication interfaces (GPIB, LAN, USB) and verify test software integrity
- Familiar with basic knowledge and principle of optical devices
- Good computer literacy, good communication skill and reporting of information/data
- Familiar with circuit diagrams and a strong background in Electronics
