Test Maintenance Technician (Jr Tech/Snr Tech)

Assist product engineer in achieving yield targets, debug accuracy, and lean projects evaluation. Conduct daily verification and path loss calibration. Participate in software and hardware installation. Validate failures and apply corrective action.

Requirements

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Optoelectronics or Telecommunications)
• At least 1-2 years of experience in optical device testing/repair related industry and in mass production environment
• Knowledgeable in operating and maintaining different test instruments
• Willingness to work on shift rotations, weekends, or on-call maintenance schedules
• Ability to perform and configure communication interfaces
• Familiar with basic knowledge and principle of optical devices
• Good computer literacy, good communication skill and reporting of information/data
• Familiar with circuit diagrams and a strong background in Electronics
• Can work independently and work with support teams as needed
