Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead a team of operators to perform incoming JO kitting, coordinate daily shipment packing, and inventory control based on production plan. The role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as experience working with Oracle and shopfloor systems.

Requirements

• Lead a team of operators to perform incoming JO kitting
• Coordinate daily shipment packing and inventory control
• Manage lots based on FIFO and Kanban approach
• Set up system to manage in process finished good with traceable storage location
• Manage dispatching of work orders to production line
• Manage and control inventory and storage direct material
• Ensure compliance with work instructions
• Control break time, surau, toilet time, prod In and Out
• Plan out required outs per line item needed for shipment
• Coordinate with other dept LLs to ensure constant supply of materials
• Report in Operation daily meetings
• Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior
• Derive Continual Improvement
• Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of tasks
• Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes
• Managing employee attendance, attrition and retention
• Meet the performance metrics (HPU, DPPM, Cycle time, Job Closure, Cross Training, Scrap / Reject and attendance)
