Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience managing bids or proposals in the software / ICT industry, preferably with public-sector or government clients.
- Strong understanding of procurement frameworks, compliance, and tender regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bid management tools.
