Business Systems Analyst

IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver optimized solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Business Central. The role focuses on requirements gathering, process improvement, solution design validation, testing coordination, and production support across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years ERP Business Analyst experience
• 3+ years hands-on experience with D365 F&O and/or Business Central
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Inventory and costing processes
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills
