Journeyman Millwright

IKO Industries Ltd. is a market leader in the manufacturing of roofing and building materials, hiring people who hold the values of quality, integrity, and trustworthiness. The company is seeking a Journeyman Millwright to install new machinery, repair and replace defective machine parts, and ensure machines work properly in the production facility.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts on rotation between days and nights, including weekends.
• Must possess an Interprovincial Millwright License
• Previous maintenance experience in an industrial plant/manufacturing setting is an asset
• Must be able to learn computer-based maintenance software
• Must possess superior analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential
• Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple jobs with varying priorities
• Must be able to work in a team setting with other tradesmen
