Maintenance Manager

IKO Industries Ltd. is a market leader in the manufacturing of roofing and building materials, seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure maintenance of all process equipment and supervision and support teams to develop continuous improvement and safety performance programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (BSME is preferred)
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a continuous process manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of CMMS programs
• Strong maintenance knowledge including reliability concepts, processes, and methodologies
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience is an asset
• Analytical, data-driven problem solving and action planning skills
• Ability to empower, supervise and direct a diverse workforce
• Strong computer skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and ability to interpret drawings is preferred
• Proven ability to build inter-departmental relationships, lead change and continuously improve the performance of the team
