Job Description
IKO Industries Ltd. is hiring a Production Operator to work in Brampton, Ontario, due to business growth. The successful candidate will operate production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing plant, follow health, safety & environmental requirements, and produce products as per quality specifications.
Requirements
- Operate production equipment in accordance with established operating procedures
- Document production numbers, items contributing to down-time
- Ability to safely perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular, daily basis
- Adhere to safety policies, programs, procedures
- Ensure product being produced meets established quality specifications
- Document quality checks at regular intervals
- Operate counterbalance, propane-powered forklift
- General housekeeping duties
- Additional duties as assigned by Supervisory staff
