Production Supervisor

IKO Industries Ltd. is a market leader in the manufacturing of roofing and building materials. They are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all aspects of safety, quality, production, and personnel on the assigned shift.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in industrial technology, engineering, business administration, or management
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Supervisory experience in high-speed, continuous process manufacturing
• Experience with continuous improvement tools such as TQM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills for managing diverse teams
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Proven track record of operational improvements through employee engagement and team building
• Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office
