Production Supervisor

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in industrial technology or engineering, business administration, or management
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience within a fast-paced Manufacturing environment, 3 of which must be in a supervisory role
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with hands-on problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability to manage a diverse group of employees
• Excellent communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of operational enhancement and improvements through employee engagement, demonstrated team building talent
