Job Description
IKS Health is seeking a Director of Client Development for Coding Operations to develop new business and provide consultative support to the sales team. The Director will work closely with the sales team, coding operations leadership, and other business units to nurture client relationships and drive client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field with additional HIM or coding certification preferred
- 10+ years' experience in HIM management/leadership, including experience in HIM field with a concentration on coding and management
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills
- Impeccable oral and written communications skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
