Job Description
We are seeking a Healthcare Payment Posting Representative to join our on-site Patient Contact Center environment. The successful candidate will have prior experience in Healthcare RCM, Payment Posting, or Medical Billing and will be responsible for posting electronic and manual payments from payers into the client system.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience in Healthcare RCM, Payment Posting, or Medical Billing (1-2 years)
- Basic proficiency in Google Suite & Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong typing speed and numerical accuracy
- Comfort working with computer-based systems and data entry
