Job Description
Provides outstanding service to patients, visitors, and internal and external customers. Ensures accurate demographic and insurance information is received and verified. Collects co-payments and provides uninsured/underinsured patients with Sliding Fee Application.
Requirements
- Knowledge of customer service
- Secretarial experience with strong organizational skills
- Computer knowledge and skills, including McKesson and Microsoft Office products
- Medical background recommended
