Job Description
Provides outstanding service to patients and visitors, collects co-payments, and ensures accurate demographic and insurance information. Must travel to 3 urgent care locations and follow federal and state regulations.
Requirements
- An energetic individual with customer service experience
- Secretarial experience with strong organizational skills
- Computer knowledge and skills, including McKesson and Microsoft Office products
