Job Description
IKS Health is seeking a high-impact, relationship-driven sales executive to lead growth efforts within IDNs & Health Systems, and MSOs. The ideal candidate will have deep roots in the provider space, thrive on building trust, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering consultative solutions that drive transformation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of healthcare sales experience with a proven track record selling into IDNs and Health Systems in the California region
- 10+ years experience and deep knowledge with healthcare RCM SaaS and services
- Deep understanding of ambulatory and acute care operations, revenue cycle, and clinical workflows
- Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in consultative, complex sales environments
