We are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist to lead the implementation of the platform from scratch, acting from the initial configuration, definition of architecture, data source integration, and enablement of the first use cases. Our team is key to establishing the technical and governance bases of Data Cloud in the organization.
Requirements
- Conduct the implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud from scratch (greenfield)
- Perform the initial configuration of the platform, including: Connectors and data sources Data Streams Data Model Objects (DMOs) Identity Resolution
- Define and implement the data architecture and canonical model in Data Cloud.
- Integrate Data Cloud with internal and external systems (Salesforce Clouds, APIs, databases, DWH, etc.).
- Configure deduplication rules, profile unification, and data quality.
- Support the definition of initial use cases (e.g., segmentation, activation, analytics).
- Ensure good governance, security, and data compliance practices.
- Document architecture, technical decisions, and adopted patterns.
- Support Marketing, CRM, BI, and Technology teams in adopting Data Cloud.
