Lead digital transformation initiatives with a focus on eliminating paper-based processes and improving operational efficiency, responsible for managing the backlog and roadmap of digital transformation initiatives, analyzing current processes, and defining and implementing paperless and digital workflows.
Requirements
- Advanced or Fluent English (C1 or C2)
- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar function
- Strong experience in digital transformation or process optimization
- Knowledge in workflow automation and document management systems
- Ability to act with technical and business stakeholders
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments will be a plus
