Job Description
Illumina is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead lifecycle management for Illumina’s low-throughput sequencing platforms and consumables. The role involves defining and executing the product life cycle strategy for several on-market products while maintaining customer experience and business continuity.
Requirements
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Deep knowledge in genomics and next-generation sequencing (NGS), along with experience in product management.
- Proven success managing complex product lifecycles in scientific or biotech environments.
- Strong understanding of the genomics market and NGS applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and business information to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization with R&D, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams.
