Production Coordinator, Visual Development

Illumination is seeking a Production Coordinator for their Visual Development team. The role will serve as a key point of contact for the Art Department, acting as a primary liaison between the Los Angeles and Paris production teams, executive stakeholders, and artists. The position supports the full lifecycle of visual development, from asset creation and approvals to distribution and archiving.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related production management experience
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Acrobat, Keynote, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office products, with a general understanding of Airtable, Asana and Google Docs
• Knowledge of asset delivery/tracking software a plus (i.e. Salesforce, Flow Capture)
• Communicates effectively in a creative environment (written and verbal)
• Highly detail-oriented
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and diplomacy
• Knowledge of animation crew infrastructure and production pipeline a plus
