Job Description
As a Project Manager/Lead, you will oversee the Project Management Team and directly manage complex SAP projects, ensuring excellence in delivery, governance, and customer satisfaction. Your role will integrate leadership and delivery responsibilities, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Requirements
- 10-12+ years of experience managing SAP implementation or rollout projects
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing project management teams
- Strong capability in integrated planning, task sequencing, financial control, and cross-functional coordination
- Proficiency with SAP Cloud ALM, Smartsheet, JIRA, and exposure to AI-driven project automation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications such as PMP, SAP Activate Project Manager, or SAP Cloud ALM Implementation preferred
- Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written)
