Job Description
IMAD is a pioneering institution in the field of home care in the canton of Geneva. It provides care, support, prevention, and health promotion services 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, to over 18,000 patients of all ages, including 25% under 65 years old. The EISO team will provide complex nursing care at home to adult clients with oncological pathologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Authorization to practice in the canton
- CAS in oncology with proven interest in the field
- Minimum two years of professional experience in home care
- Dexterity in technical care
- Adaptability
- Flexibility
- Reactivity
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage stress and sense of responsibility
- Knowledge of the specific Geneva oncology network would be an asset
- Ability to work independently and in interdisciplinary and interprofessional teams
