Job Description
The IMAD is a pioneering and reference institution in home care in the canton of Geneva, providing care, support, prevention and health promotion services to over 18,000 patients. The Pluridisciplinary Team Leader for Home Care will lead and coordinate the activities of a team within an antenna, ensuring the quality of services provided to IMAD clientele.
Requirements
- Promote a client-oriented approach in all actions undertaken
- Lead and coordinate the activities of a team within an antenna
- Ensure the quality of services provided to the IMAD clientele
- Manage personnel in accordance with the principles and rules of the Human Resources policy
- Ensure in daily management the proper functioning of the home care antenna
- Participate in institutional projects and their implementation
