• Minimum of three years’ of experience within route sales management
• Valid DOT (Department of Transportation) medical certification
• Ability to lead and direct co-workers and associates
• Salesmanship and customer relationship skills
• Practical insight specific to the textile services industry and operations
• Excellent oral, written, phone and face to face communication skills
