Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education
• 1-2 years related experience
• Professional and engaging phone presence with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to assess and understand individual student and family educational needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Dedicated to providing customer-focused, student-centered experience
