Job Description
Imagine the Possibilities is seeking a Direct Support Professional I (Homes) to help individuals with functional, cognitive, and physical/mental health needs achieve their goals and live independently. This role focuses on providing individualized care, behavioral support, recreation, and advocacy, ensuring individuals have control over their lives. The position requires collaboration with a team and a commitment to providing excellent support and dignity to those served.
Requirements
- Mission-oriented and driven to empower individuals.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to balance being brave and humble.
- Must be at least 16 years of age for Supported Community Living settings (SCL) or 18 for Habilitation.
- Valid driverâs license.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
